Delete Account

You can permanently delete your Grab For Me account and all associated data at any time. Once confirmed, this action is irreversible.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the app and sign in Make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to Settings Tap the profile / settings icon in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Tap "Delete Account" Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion Read the confirmation prompt, then tap Delete permanently. Your account and all data are removed immediately.

Can't Access the App?

If you no longer have access to the app, email us with your registered email address:

Include your registered email address. We will confirm and process your request within 7 business days.

What Data Is Deleted or Retained

Account credentials
Email address, password hash, OAuth tokens
Deleted immediately
Profile information
Display name, avatar photo
Deleted immediately
Tasks you created
All shopping tasks and their item lists
Deleted immediately
Task notes & amounts
Owner notes, buyer notes, submitted payment totals
Deleted immediately
Friend connections
Connections between your account and others
Deleted immediately
Tasks assigned to you by others
Tasks created by another user where you were the buyer remain in that user's account. Your name is replaced with "Deleted User" within 24 hours.
Anonymised

Data Retention After Deletion

All personal data is removed from our servers immediately on confirmed account deletion. Anonymised, non-identifiable aggregate records may be kept for up to 90 days for fraud-prevention and audit purposes, after which they are permanently purged.
